At Gates Circle, we are dedicated to the ongoing health, well-being, and independence of our residents. Our fitness approach is specifically designed to keep you engaged and involved in the broader community, with total ownership of your health and wellness program.
In addition to the wellness classes we offer on-site at Gates Circle, you also have a complimentary membership to one of Buffalo’s established and respected fitness providers, the nearby Jewish Community Center (JCC).
The JCC offers classes for every interest and ability, from cycling to yoga to Silversneakers to cardio workouts to strength training. We’ll even provide scheduled transportation to and from the JCC so you can enjoy the connection with the outside neighborhood, while avoiding the hassles of driving and parking in Buffalo!
